They are a fake company. Thieves. They took my things to cargo. My tv is robbed, crockery items and all things worth approximately 5000aed are gone. The insurance which they gave me it was a fake insurance so I cannot even claim anything back. DO NOT USE THEM. Save your time and money. They are not even responding to my calls. Very unprofessional behavior.

I contacted Gill Movers LLC to relocate my shipment from Dubai to Mumbai on 11th July 2020. The shipment was expected to reach Mumbai after two months. Today its been 5 months but my shipment has still not arrived. Apparently they shipped it at a wrong adress instead of Mumbai port its sent to Mundra port where its stuck in clearance. The company fails to follow up and keep the client updated. They are unaware of the whereabouts of the shipment and are asking me to directly follow up with their clearing agent in India. I would not reccomend this company for out of country moves as they are not aware of the customs procedures and are not capable to provide resolutions.
